Instructions for downloading a manual

Register on Our Website

Visit our website and locate the "Register" button in the header on the right side of the page.
Click on "Register" and choose "Create an account" in the popup at the bottom of the page.
Fill in your email address to complete the registration process.

Choose the Manual

Once registered, navigate to the "Partner Stores Manual Download" section in the menu.
Look for the manual corresponding to your MOC.
The naming convention is always the name of the MOC followed by "Manual."
For example, "Classic Brick Ball Manual."
The price for the manual is always set to 0.

Add Manual to Cart

Click on the manual of your MOC, then click the "Add to Cart" button.

View Cart

Click on the shopping cart icon in the header on the right side of the page.
Choose "View Cart" at the bottom of the popup.

Enter your Code

On the cart page, you will see a message stating that the product requires a restriction code for checkout.
Below the name of the MOC, there will be a field labeled "Enter the code."
Enter the code you received with your purchase.
Please note that this code cannot be entered in the coupon code or gift card number fields.

Proceed to Checkout

Once the code is entered correctly, click "Proceed to Checkout."
Fill in the billing address details and choose "Place Order."

Download Manual

After placing your order, you will be redirected to another page.
On this page, you can download your manual.
Additionally, the manual will be available in your dashboard under "Downloads"

Download Limit and Expiry

Each manual can be downloaded up to 3 times.
The manual will remain available for download for 60 days from the date of purchase.
