Right of Withdrawal Policy for Digital and Physical Products – Belgium
1. General
1.1 This withdrawal policy applies to all purchases of digital and physical products on the website BrickXperience.be of BrickXperience (hereinafter “we,” “us,” or “BrickXperience”).
1.2 This withdrawal policy complies with Belgian legislation, specifically the Law of April 6, 2010, on market practices and consumer protection, as well as the Law of July 14, 1991, on trade practices and consumer information.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
2.1 According to Belgian legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product.
2.2 The right of withdrawal for digital products does not apply if they have already been downloaded and/or opened via our download page and/or send to the email of the consumer.
3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
3.1 To exercise the right of withdrawal for physical products, the consumer must notify us, BrickXperience, of their decision to withdraw through an unequivocal statement, for example, by email.
3.2 The consumer may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. A clear statement indicating the decision to withdraw is sufficient.
3.3 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send their communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
4. Consequences of Withdrawal
4.1 In the case of withdrawal from a physical product within the fourteen (14) day period, BrickXperience will reimburse the total price of the product. BrickXperience may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods.
4.2 The Customer is responsible for covering all expenses associated with the return of the Products.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
5.1 The right of withdrawal for digital products does not apply if they have already been downloaded and/or opened via our download page and/or send to the email of the consumer.
6. Complaints and Disputes
6.1 Complaints related to withdrawal can be addressed to BrickXperience via return@brickxperience.com.
7. Changes to the Right of Withdrawal Policy
7.1 BrickXperience reserves the right to modify this withdrawal policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the Website. It is the responsibility of the consumer to regularly check the withdrawal policy.
